While I personally don&#039;t use Jing for high-quality screencast production, I must agree, the quality difference between the two is something quite unpleasing especially for customer support in a company. I also have a few friends who were affected by such move and are now looking for alternatives because they say SnagIt is a &quot;gatling gun&quot; and Jing is a &quot;pistol&quot;. They&#039;d rather bring around a pistol. It&#039;s a shame though that I won&#039;t be able to contact them directly since I&#039;m not from the US or Canada.]]></description>
